chmod 755 /usr/bin/sntp

vim /etc/init.d/S48sntp
Press "i"
Comment out first SNTP Servers line.  Uncomment out 2nd one and add CP3 service URL (example cp3-service.gdserver.net)
Press Esc, shift :, wq

/etc/init.d/S48sntp start
Time should sync

Command to manual set date/time if needed:
date -s "2022-08-17 09:26"

# Update time one every hour
echo '0 * * * * sh -c "/etc/init.d/S48sntp start"' > /etc/cron.d/sntp
chmod 777 /etc/cron.d/sntp

# Reload crond
/etc/init.d/S90dcron restart

# Disable ntp
# Stop ntpd
/etc/init.d/S49ntp stop
mv /etc/init.d/S49ntp /etc/init.d/_S49ntp
# Run below command and make sure S49ntp file is NOT listed
for i in $(ls -r /etc/init.d/S??*) ;do echo "$i"; done | grep "S49ntp"

# Enable ntp
mv /etc/init.d/_S49ntp /etc/init.d/S49ntp
# Run below command and make sure S49ntp file is listed
