Instructions to manually install CP Desktop Apps
1. Download https://gdsupport.gdserver.net/CPDesktopApps/ManualInstallation/CPDesktopAppsManualInstall.zip to user's Desktop
2. Right click CPDesktopAppsManualInstall.zip, and choose Properties.
3. At the bottom of the General tab under Attributes should be a Security section, with a checkbox that says Unblock.  Check that box, then click OK.
4. Make a folder called "General Devices" in C:\Program Files (x86) folder
5. Unzip CPDesktopAppsManualInstall.zip to desktop and copy all the subfolders to C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices. The list of folders should include CP Desktop Setup, D-Scribe, Firebird Installer, FormsMigration and RemoteMonitor.
6. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\FirebirdInstaller and run FirebirdInstallRenamed.exe.  Use all defaults all the way through.  On last tab, uncheck the box to Start Firebird Service and see What's New, then click Finish.
7. Copy C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\FirebirdInstaller\fbclient.dll to C:\Windows\System32 folder.
8. Copy C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\FirebirdInstaller\security.fdb to C:\Program Files (x86)\Firebird folder.  Overwrite existing security.fdb file.
9. Open services.msc and start the Firebird Guardian service and ensure both it and Firebird Server services both start.
10. Run all exe's and msi's from Step2 and Step3 folders in C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\FormsMigration
11. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\D-Scribe and run D-Scribe Reports.msi, Form Viewer Setup.msi and Philips ECG Converter Service.msi
12. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\CP Desktop Setup and run ConfigureDesktopApps.exe and proceed like a normal CP Desktop Apps install by entering the CP IP in both the CAREpoint IP and MySQL Server IP fields and click Save.
13. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\RemoteMonitor and right click RemoteMonitor.exe and choose Send To->Desktop (create shortcut).  Rename the shortcut on the desktpp to Just "Remote Monitor", then run it and add the IP of all CAREpoints and enter the password and click OK, then click Exit to close Remote Monitor.
14. Ensure Remote D-Scribe opens the database with no errors and can play calls, open emails/faxes, and open forms. Run D-Scribe Reports from Remote D-Scribe and make sure it opens with no errors as well.  Run Remote Monitor from desktop shortcut and make sure it connects to all CAREpoints.
