To rollback to pacakge before 30.06

1) Open Windows Explore (Make sure it is NOT in CAREpoint folder - other wise it will be closed at Step 2)
2) Run the 30.0x packge but do NOT INTALL yet
   This will close all CAREpoint apps.
   Manually close e-Bridge if running.
   
3) Go back to Windows Explore and delete the "GDPrinter7.dll" file in two folders
   C:\CAREpoint
   and
   C:\Program Files (x86)\General Devices\Instant Recall (this one you may need Admin permission)

   Note: You can leave the GDPrinter7D.dll alone - that needs for Pacakge 30.06 if later on you like to reverse.

4) Run Install  
   
   Notes: Old package may failed on WD Service. Please close and re-run.
