1. Run iview454_x64_setup.exe.  Use all defaults except where noted below
2. Uncheck all 3 Create Shortcuts checkboxes on Welcome Screen, click Next
3. On the screen where it shows all the different file types, just check Images Only button on the bottom, then click Next
4. It will ask if you really want to change File Associations, say Yes
5. On final screen, uncheck both checkboxes, then click Done
6. Open an image from Email/Fax or e-Bridge. Maximize Irfanview.  
7. Click File->Print.  Click Auto Rotate checkbox, and change the size to letter if its not already.
8. Change Print Size to Best fit to page (aspect ratio) then click Print
