Server side
1. Download iperf3.19.1_64.zip to target server PC that will be hosting the iPerf Server
2. Unblock it, then unzip it to C:\iPerf3
3. Download iPerf3Server.bat file and copy to C:\iPerf3 folder
4. Run iPerf3Server.bat file as admin
5. After test is complete from client, close batch file

Client side
1. Download iperf3.19.1_64.zip to target client PC
2. Unblock it, then unzip it to C:\iPerf3
3. Download iPerf3ClientUpload.bat and iPerf3ClientDownload.bat files and copy to C:\iPerf3 folder
4. Edit the batch files to input the correct iPerf3 Server IP or DNS name
5. Depending on what type of test you want to do, choose below:
    a. Upload Test - Run iPerf3ClientUpload.bat file as admin
    a. Download Test - Run iPerf3ClientDownload.bat file as admin
6. Results will be output to a text file named iPerf3UploadResults.log or iPerf3DownloadResults.log depending on which test you ran
